Space Rental Policies

  • No alcohol, electronic smoking devices, tobacco products or marijuana use allowed anywhere in or on the property
  • Only service animals are allowed in our reservable spaces.
  • Safety Solved is not responsible for, and does not provide insurance coverage or any type of liability protection for, any activities or programs conducted by a patron in the reservable space. Renters are expected to maintain business liability insurance during their rental period.
  • Facilities must be left in a clean and orderly condition. Users must pay costs for repair of any damage incurred.
