Q: What do I need to bring to my appointment with the notary?
A: To have your document notarized, you will need to bring a valid photo ID, the unsigned copy that needs to be notarized, and any other supporting documents that may be required. If a document requires a witness, you must bring a witness with you.
Appointment fee $20
Per Document fee $5 – will be charged at the appointment time
